Bilateral Upper and Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty

This patient had bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty which required removal of a small amount of skin and fat from the upper eyelids. To address the lower eyelid fullness, a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty with lid tightening and pinch skin excision was performed. She now has a more alert and youthful appearance.

Bilateral Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty and Bilateral Upper Eyelid Ptosis Repair with Internal Browpexy

This patient had bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty and bilateral upper eyelid ptosis repair. Skin and fat were removed from the upper lids and the levator muscle was advanced to its anatomic position for ptosis repair. This can help raise the brow slightly through the eyelid incision which allows for a natural appearance.

For her particular repair, a levator resection was necessary to address the congenital ptosis.
